Outside of her theatrical career, Piper is a qualified dance teacher (AIDTA), an Advanced Personal Trainer, and a Fitness to Music Instructor.
Piper has a BSc (1st Class Hons) in Sport and Exercise Sciences from The University of Birmingham, where she was the Chancellor's Award winner for outstanding achievement across the Unversity after having gained the highest marks for her degree in the history of the School of Sport and Exercise. The BSc provided Piper with the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the physical and mental needs of the dancer during training and apply this to her teaching practice.
Piper has guest taught across the UK and internationally at prestigious theatre and dance colleges and conventions including English National Ballet School, Central School of Ballet, The Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, Art Studio Danza and MOVE IT. She has also taught at many recreational dance schools and academic schools.
She enjoys working in both group and individual coaching settings, developing choreography for student showcases, creating choreorgaphy and coaching for competitions such as YAGP, Prix de Lausanne or AED. Piper is passionate about encouraging students to find the very best in themselves, to challenge themselves and express themselves fully through their dancing.

- JESSICA TEMPLETON (Royal Ballet School, now dancing with Sarasota Ballet). Piper created Jess's ballet and contemporary solos with which she won the National Finals of the All England Dance Ballet and Contemporary sections, and also won Young Ballet and Contemporary Dancer of the Year.
- SCARLETT HARVEY (Royal Ballet School, now dancing with the Royal Ballet). Piper created Scarlett's contemporary solo for the YAGP Barcelona, at which she won several scholarships
- ISABELLE BOSHER (Bolshoi Ballet School). Piper created Isabelle's contemporary solo for the British Ballet Grand Prix at which she was a finalist.
- ISABELLE PERKS (DancePointe). Piper created Isabelle's lyrical solo with which she won the National Finals of the All England Dance Modern Section.
